The Eagles are one of the most legendary bands of all time. They have six Grammys, five American Music Awards, seven number-one singles, and six number one albums. They've sold 150 million records and are the fifth highest selling American band in US history. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
This show was dubbed "History of the Eagles" and it traced the bands history from its beginnings . It started off low key with just stools and acoustic guitars for the first half which calmed the audience and created a relaxed atmosphere. The much better second half included the classics "Heartache Tonight", "Those Shoes", "Life in the Fast Lane", "Take It Easy", and of course "Hotel California".
Seeing "Hotel California" performed live was an epic moment in my concerts experiences... on par with seeing "Dream On" played by Aerosmith. Overall, this show was definitely worth seeing and I'm glad I could scratch off one more legendary band from my bucket list.
